Authentication = Direct 3-Way Mutual State Prediction between peers via WebRTC.

Ledger = Planet State Ledger — each entry bound to quaternion rotation state. No consensus needed.

Verification = Deterministic physics. Anyone can verify by recomputing the quaternion state.
